Technician: I'll be honest, the only reason I came to leave a review was due to the beyond EXCELLENT service that my technician, Trevor, gave. He started off the process with a call first thing in the morning and his cheerfulness and friendly tone started everything off great. He let me know when he was expecting to be there and was very punctual with his time. When he arrived he created a quick and friendly rapport with me and made me feel completely at ease. He was done within twenty minutes and gave me a call to let me know he was done so he wouldn't disturb my dogs in the house by coming to the door. (He's a dog lover too, bonus points!) I honestly don't think I have ever had such a great experience as this one in the car world when it comes to any type of repairs and I know exactly who I will call if I need another windshield replacement. Trevor is an amazing person to be representing this company. Timeliness: Excellent. I was able to get a next-day appointment where they came to my home. Price: Can't beat it. 2-300$ cheaper than insurance and other competitors. Online quote: Was very easy to do online. I accidentally exited out of the website and had to re-do everything to schedule the appointment and the quote was about 15$ higher the second time but still better than the other places I called.

I had my glass changed here at this company I had to wait two days for them to send someone after that the person who came to change the glass left a lot of glue on the borders so much so that you can drive and it shows on the sides I think they did not do a good job now I call to complain and I have to wait two more days for them to tell me what they can do about it
