1. Rescheduling or Cancelling More Than 12 Hours in Advance
If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment more than 12 hours before your scheduled time frame (typically 9 AM – 12 PM, 12 PM – 3 PM, or 3 PM – 6 PM), you may do so without any fees.
2. Rescheduling or Cancelling Within 12 Hours of the Scheduled Time
If you reschedule or cancel within 12 hours of your scheduled start time, a $75 fee will apply. This fee helps us cover the costs associated with last-minute changes, including compensating our technicians for their reserved time and travel preparations.
3. Appointments Scheduled Within the Next 12 Hours
For appointments bookedwithin the next 12 hours, you have a 30-minutes grace period from the time of booking to reschedule or cancel without incurring a fee. After this period, the $75 fee will apply.
